DIY Starry Shorts

And, due to lack of anything nice to do, I have decided to transform my shorts into a starry one.

Things you'll need:

• Denim shorts
• Pencil
• Piece of foam
• Cardboard
• Scissors
• white Fabric paint

First, using the pencil, trace stars of different sizes on the cardboard. Don't stress too much, the stars doesn't have to be perfect. Next, cut the stars to make stencils like the ones on the photo below. 

Then, pour some fabric paint on a piece of cardboard. Put a cardboard inside the shorts so in case the paint bleeds through, the back portion of the shorts wouldn't be damaged. Lay a stencil on the shorts, it'd be better if you position it on the bottom right/left part of the shorts. Using the foam, dip it on the fabric paint.

After dipping, gently press the foam on the stencil. Press until the figure is complete. Repeat using a different size of star. Do it over and over again until the desired design is achieved. Let it dry. And lastly, place a clean sheet of paper on top of the shorts and iron (press) on the part with stars. Congrats! Your shorts are no longer plain and boring :D
